We don't rebrand. We don't put a new sign over what you built. The reputation you spent years earning is the thing that actually makes the business work, so we protect it.

Your teachers stay in the classroom.
The people the families already trust are the people who keep teaching. What happens on the floor stays the same. Our job is to make sure everything around it runs smoothly.

We carry the operations.
We take the scheduling, the billing, the marketing, the back office. Quietly, in the background, so the people in the building can stay focused on the kids and the families they serve.

Founder transition is your call.
Stay involved if you want to. Teach, mentor, sit on the wall on Saturdays. Or step back fully. We structure for either. Most founders we have talked with still love the work — they just don't want to run payroll anymore.
